Christina Troutner, MS, RDN is a nationally recognized nutrition expert, speaker, author and media source for trusted nutrition and wellness information. She is a nutrigenomics scientist and preventive health program director at GB HealthWatch, a predictive medicine and translational nutritional genomics company in San Diego, CA. She also serves as a strategic business consultant and adviser in the longevity and healthspan extension space. Her deep interest in and passion for the role of precision nutrition and medicine in enhancing life quality and preventive healthcare for metabolic-based, diet-induced chronic diseases fuels her work across many arenas in the nutrition field. She travels nationwide to inspire medical experts, private corporations, and healthcare organizations with the power of nutrition for living a long and healthy life. She holds a Masters of Science in Nutritional Sciences, Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology, and RDN with an Emphasis in Naturopathic Medicine and Whole Food Nutrition. She shares this knowledge and inspires students as a lecturer and adjunct professor at San Diego State University and San Diego Community College District. In her spare time she enjoys music, nature, travel and human connection.
